We were looking to serve our 20-30 person maintenance and office staff with Bar B Que and Carolina Bar B Que met our criteria. The pulled pork with a fresh bun as a sandwich was absolutely delicious, the Cole slaw was a perfect blend of vegetables and dressing and the baked beans was a great option to fill our tummies. The owner also provided us with all the silverware, plates, etc. we needed to serve our staff and two gallons of sweet tea were also included with our meal. 

With only a days notice, Mike was able to meet our needs to serve our hungry staff. When we arrived to pick up our order, Mike was waiting for us with our meal hot and ready. The cost of this deliciously prepared Bar B Que met our budget and everybody raved about the taste and quality of the food. 

We will be back again when we're ready for more Bar B Que. Thank you Mike for hot and delicious food and great customer service. You're the best Bar B Que in upstate South Carolina.
