Carolina BBQ serves juicy Lexington-style pork barbecue, ribs, chicken, turkey, and beef brisket.  We hickory-smoke our barbecue for 14-16 hours.  Then, we use our special dip, resulting in tender, juicy barbecue with a mouth-watering aroma.

Come and relax in our laid-back, down-to-earth atmosphere while “pigging out” Southern-style.  We have graciously served our customers in the same location for over thirty-eight years!  We still use our famous, made-from-scratch recipes that were developed all those years ago (with just a little fine-tuning along the way)!
